The price is comparable to that at the Empress in Victoria (where I had a delightful tea in 1996, when it was around $30). While it seems high, it's an elaborate multi-course menu and sounds delicious. I think of it as an experience, like going to the theater (which now costs much more than $60 on Broadway). Considering the Eloise connection, though, I'm surprised that they don't offer a less expensive option for children.
